Accomplishments:
• Successfully developed company benefits for MEA region (Lebanon – UAE – Egypt – Pakistan – Turkey – SA). Took the initiative to deploy a benefits program across MEA that complies with corporate guidelines and local regulations.
• Standardized and re-negotiated insurance terms for all countries in MEA region (Lebanon – UAE – Egypt – Pakistan – Turkey – SA). The project resulted in a considerable saving and having standard processes across the countries
• Managed the redundancy communication across the region (SA – Egypt – Lebanon – UAE and Turkey). Set a communication strategy and managed to smoothly close all redundancies without a single legal implication
